Cancellation Policy
Nonrefundable booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment time if done 48 hours or more before scheduled appointment. All cancelled appointments forfeit nonrefundable booking fee, and a 50% fee will be charged for any no shows. No refunds will be given for services completed. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, please reach out so that I can make any necessary adjustments.
